By accessing and using Benusce Studio's digital services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Benusce Studio, registered in England and Wales under company number 14089234.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our services. Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of any modifications we may make to these terms in the future.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, code, and materials available through Benusce Studio are protected by United Kingdom and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Our proprietary "Candlestick Character" visual systems and trading strategy methodologies are exclusive property of Benusce Studio.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
- Commercial use of our visual assets is strictly prohibited
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of service
- License grants are revocable at our sole discretion
3. User Obligations & Conduct
Users must provide accurate, current information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to notify Benusce Studio immediately of any unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities
The following actions violate our terms and will result in immediate account termination:

4. Limitations of Liability
Benusce Studio provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or services provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benusce Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.
5. Termination & Suspension
Benusce Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. This includes, but is not limited to, breaches of these terms, fraudulent activity, or actions that threaten our infrastructure or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.
